Max Eff pinned message

`Maximum Effort/Efficiency` raids are for people who are extremely experienced, who have max or near max gear, and who are trying to go as fast as possible.

Raid Requirements:
- Can do every room well i.e. know meta methods (e.g. redemption Vespula)
- Good understanding of max eff scouting (e.g. early seeds, rope only, scavs and farm before ice, 3c pref., etc.) Basically, listen to your alter.
- Can do Olm without pot-dropping.
- Can skip specials from either side in Olm.
- At least one alt, plus preferably 1+ prescouters (Many people will require you to have an alt that can at least prescout in max-eff raids. You can use a lvl 3 account for this.)
- Aiming for sub ~20 min raids

Gear Requirements:
With Tbow
- BGS
- Ahrims + Torm
- Anguish + Occult + Torture
- Imbued Mage Arena cape
- Avas Assembler

Without TBow
- All of the above plus
- DWH
- Primordials
- Pegasians
- Bandos Tassets and Torso/BCP
- Arma
- Ancestral Hat
- Dragon Hunter Crossbow if you can afford
