The best way to get a company to listen to you is to take away your money and stop using their product.

Cancel your elite subscriptions and stop logging into the game until they fix these problems.
Do not participate in any micro-transactions that generate revenue for EME.
Every dollar you give them means "Yes! I support what you are doing and I enjoy your product!"
No one likes the garbage FPS and no one likes being banned for trying to IMPROVE their own FPS. But everyone plays on 0 graphics with 5-10 FPS in dungeons. We need to show them that we dislike their poor performance the only way that a gaming company WOULD understand it.

Target their pockets and put away their game in the back shelf for a while.

cancel your elite guys and stop buying EMP cash shop items.
withhold money until you get the product you want. im logging out now and will not log back in until this [filtered] is sorted out and the game is PLAYABLE and they don't ban you for just trying to fix the [filtered] game yourself when they have not fixed it for several years.
