- Hello,
- I'm sending you this email after going through 2 emails and a phone call already, trying to understand again why my package hasn't arrived yet.
- On Nov. 30th (Black Friday) I ordered a laptop from Amazon (Dell G3 15) to address A. I want to point that it was shipped pretty quickly to this address. The guy (Shimon Elkabetz) wasn't home so it was shipped to a local UPS access point. He couldn't go there so I asked UPS (on the phone, while paying for it) to send the package to a new address, address B, which is his company's address (the company is called ClimaCell). Your representative, with which I spoke, promised the package will arrive to address B by December 4th-6th. Today is December 15th, which means we're 9 days past the due date to deliver my package, for which, as I said earlier, I paid.
- This is strictly unacceptable. I held high regards for a company as large as UPS, and at the end of the day this is the service I get. I haven't even got any response from you updating me about the status, the only thing I got was an automatic email saying the package will be returned to the sender, which wasn't even true (I realized that after calling you). Every day I enter the tracking page on your website to figure out where the package is, but except "delay: attention needed", no real information is provided. If you're going to say this is the holidays season, why have your representative told me the due date is December 6?
- I request two things:
- 1. Tell me why is the delivery late, and more importantly, when exactly will the package be delivered?
- 2. A refund for the ~6 dollars I paid for rerouting the package to address B. This is the least you could do to compensate me.
- Tracking number: 1ZR079844291671340.
- Li-Hai.
