Skill 2: Rousing Gale - Increases the user and nearby allies' strength by 15% for 15 seconds, and activates "Skill Shift." Phase II adds an additional 15% increase to the user and nearby allies' skill gauge fill rate for 15 seconds, while Phase III also gradually recovers the user and nearby allies' HP for 15 seconds.
