# [1] After the product has been delivered the client has a maximum of 60 minutes to ask for minor changes(like text, colors, gui placement, and etc). No additional requests can be made.

# [2] Due to the uncertain nature of our business we require a 100% upfront payment on all comissions. We won't accept any "I'll pay when you start". We'll also give you 5 days to pay for your comission. if you don't check number 4 of our terms of service. We also require for all comissions done via our OptimalGames Dev servers supplied by NitroNode!

# [3] All payments will be done via invoice. Not paying this in 5 days will result in #4 of our terms of service

# [4] If payment is more than 5 days overdue of the of agreed deadline then it gives us the right  to finish the product and upload it and sell multiple copies

# [5] We do our very best to finish your request on time. If for some unexpected reason we are not able to finish the project before the deadline, we reserve the rights to change the deadline to a later date, and the price of the project will be lowered accordingly.

# [6] Neither the client nor us may cancel a project without the other’s consent once it has been started. Should the client break these terms of service without our consent, then a possible deposit will used to cover the costs of our labor and time, and no refund will be given.

# [7] These terms of service can be broken under the agreement of both parties.

# [8] Additionally we reserve all rights to terminate your service upon any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed needed.

# [9] Under no circumstances may you resell or redistribute the work we give to you. you must talk to us if you wish to re-sell this product. We have the rights to charge the price and decide how much % we want.

# [10] Under no circumstances refunds are accepted unless it's by our fault for not completing this commission on time.

# [11] Charging back is not allowed under any circumstances

# [12] These terms of service can change at any time without warning
