  19. 11. If you were to be accepted as a server support, how would that change your activity in game? I would increase my hours online, as lately i've been lacking motivation due to being an ironman and raids is my only grind sucking the life from my soul.

  23. 13. What is your RSPS background history like? (Telling the truth is part of this application) Staff on Fury/Onyx RSPS (Mod = permissions to admin, Admin was equivalent to Co-owner permissions) Involved with Eden RSPS as well as Soulplay RSPS.

  25. 14. What staff experience do you have on and online video games? As stated as above. I'm also extremely talented at league of legends because i regained my virginity so many hours into that dog shit game :).

  47. 1. If you were a server support, how would you reply to a player that is telling you that they are very unhappy with the way the server is running on their client, but you notice that there is no lag f or you or any other players?

Firstly, i would tell them to restart their client, if that doesn't work, i would then tell them to restart their router, lastly, if there is still no improvement i would tell them to re-install the game to see if there is an update. However, at this point i would then believe the issue is with their internet, and i would request them to take an internet speed test via ookla if their internet is fine, i would request what country they live in and then refer them to a higher member of staff.

  51. 2. As a server support, how would you deal with two players abusing a graphical bug. They reply “It’s not doing any harm what’s the problem?”. Firstly, i would question on why they are using the graphical bug and what they gain out of it, secondly, i would explain to them that firstly, it's against the rules also, it would affect the gameplay of new players to see bug abuse, giving the impression that the server doesn't care about 'game features' (bugs) furthermore, i would then tell them that what they are doing can negatively affect the server in terms of causing bugs and what-not, if they don't understand/respect what i'm informing them and continue to abuse the bug, i would then jail and mute them and report it to a higher member of staff, so that they can deal with the issue at hand.

  55. 3. Let’s say it’s your 5th week of being a server support and you are tired of doing the same thing over and over without a promotion. How would you go about dealing with this? Kevin, and when i get my promotion i laugh at Cody.

  59. 4. You are a server support, and you have suspicions of higher up doing something that is not legal in game (RWT, scamming, flaming players, etc…). What is the first thing that you would do? Snitches get stitches, but nah tell Justin/Kevin, and explain what is happening after getting the full story instead of reporting some half cooked crap that is full of shit.

  63. 5. If someone were to report you for RWT, and you know that by far, there is no chance that you ever did anything like that. How would you respond to that? I would say nothing and let the logs speak for themselves as theres no point in creating drama, Ironman btw.
