Server rules
Hacked clients
Hacked clients will not be allowed on the server, this includes macros, scripts, x-ray texture packs and any other mod that would give the player an advantage.
If you are caught hacking, you will be permanently banned from the server and you stand no chance of appeal.
Doss threats
Any sort of Dos (denial of service) threat will not be tolerated on the server. This is no matter whether you have the information required to carry out this threat or not.
 Dos threats will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in a permanent ban with no chance of appeal.
Doxing
Doxing is when you threaten to or actually release someone’s personal information. This includes but is not limited to real names (first and surname only), ip addresses, skype details, phone numbers and home locations.

Any sort of doxing will result in a permanent ban with no chance of appeal.

Advertising
Advertising will not be tolerated as advertising is very annoying. Advertising a server ip address or a youtube or twitch channel which does not have content related to the server is not permitted.
Advertising will be a permanent ip ban.

Staff members
Staff members give up their spare time to help out the server and so any staff disrespect will not be tolerated.
First offence: formal warning
Second offence: 12 hour mute
Third offence: 24 hour ban
Note: the formal warning is bypassed if the offender is reported by another player.

Death threats
Death threats will also not be tolerated on the server to any degree. There is no way in which to bypass saying a threat (such as saying “jk” or words to that effect).
First offence: 1 month ban
Second offence: permanent ban with no chance of appeal

Glitches and Exploits
Using a glitch to your advantage is against the rules. It is also against the rules to use a glitch in order to take the server down or that will affect another player in any way.

Selling in game items / IGN's etc for paypal or other game items


Players are not permitted to sell in game items including their minecraft account on the server for paypal / cash. This includes selling in game items and ingame money for things like csgo skins, other games, or ranks on other servers.
First offence: 3 day ban
Second offence: 7 day ban
Third offence: 30 day ban
Respect
Respect is expected at all times from players and staff members alike. This is a friendly, welcoming community of all ages. This means disrespectful, derogatory, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive remarks will not be allowed on the server.
First offence: Formal warning
Second offence: Mute of up to an hour

Third offence: 12 hour temp ban
Swearing and spamming
Swearing and spamming will also not be tolerated at all as this is a friendly environment for all. If you trigger the anti-swear (that should replace your profanity with stars) then this will still be classed as swearing, even if you typed out the stars.
First offence: Verbal warning (in the form of /msg)
Second offence: Formal warning
Third offence: Mute of up to an hour
Fourth offence: 12 hour temp ban

Scamming/In real life money scamming / Chargebacks
Making a purchase and then charging back will not be permitted and will be a permanent ban until the outstanding debt is paid. If you promise to purchase something for a player or scam the player in any other way and then do not give them their item/rank or class then you will face the following punishments:
First offence: 7 day ban
Second offence: 30 day ban
Third offence: permanent ban
Note: Once you have been banned for this, your balance and in game items will be reset.

Tpa killing, fake warps and traps
Any of these things will not be tolerated. If you tp to a player and you hit him before he kills you, that is not classed as tp killing and it also does not count as tp killing if you are killed when you do /f home or /home.
First offence: 3 day ban
Second offence: 7 day ban
Third offence: 30 day ban
Note: Once you have been banned for this, one personal vault will be reset. This vault will be picked at random by the admin in question.

Ban evading
Ban evading is allowed for only chat related offences such as dos threats and so on. It will not be allowed for ANY other offence. This includes but is not limited to Blacklisted mods. IF you are caught ban evading, your ip address will be banned.
