Before purchasing the account, you were informed that the account had previously been in violation of the terms of use, and therefore it is assumed that failure to maintain good behavior in game can and likely will result in termination of the account.

Further, you said it had only been given a 10 game chat restriction and that was months ago. You did not state that it had then been 25 game chat restricted and two week banned.

  200. Yes it's been a long time since the chat restrictionI received a gift from Riot, meaning the account was likely not in the worst of standings, because rewards are not given to toxic accounts. I never intended to mislead you by this statement. It has been a month and a half since the chat restriction, and it takes a few months for punishment levels to start going down.
