Doc had a pretty stressful trip, it was his job to keep the Sister and Cleric alive until they could be handed off to Oak's medical teams, but he'd never had proper medical training, just a crash course in field aid and meatball surgery. The ship's surgeons could have helped, but the Interrogator refused to ask the captain for their help for some reason, so Doc cracked open his medical books and did the best he could. They lived. Mostly.
