In cases in which an attorney's misconduct is related to a mental health condition, or to a drug or alcohol addiction, and the attorney has not obtained necessary treatment or failed to show he or she is unlikely to harm the public during a period of treatment or rehabilitation, the Court has imposed a suspension until further order of the Court.
