    But about the facts ..yes the first visit was by Mr.Zitouni but it was the last visit.
the real man that you were working with him is Mr.Lazhar ,the man who was always interesting in your products..
the man who always come to check the goods their in India ( Do u remember) not Mr.Zitouni , but Mr.Lazhar.
and by the way , Mr.Zitouni hates even to come to India bcs it's not so clear ( as he says) .

    So actually , your man & your market was with Mr.Lazhar which you want to break relationship with him.

Thank you for your email received a short while ago.

We have given this episode a lot of thought and have come to the conclusion that we are unable to work with any other Buyer in Algeria.

We are certainly not mediating on any one's behalf, as it is none of our business to comment without knowing the facts, but since the market in Algeria was first established for our Company by El Hadji Gherbi Zitouni, who visited us in January 2010, it will be totally wrong on our part to break relationship with him without assigning a valid / 'sensible' reason.

Due to most unfortunate circumstances problems at the other end have resulted in heavy loss of business for us. Please do not misunderstand us but we have taken a long time to arrive at this decision and personally we hold no grudge against Mr. Mayouf or Yourselves or any body else for that matter. It is just business etiquette that we have decided to continue our relationship with the gentleman who originally initiated the tie up. This is, of course, subject to his being interested in doing business with us. We are at the moment just waiting and watching the situation and all business is on hold.

Thanking you for your kind understanding of the situation and we assure you there is no ill will against our friend Mr. Mayouf or Yourself.
