  4. I got your email adress from DY ANNE from Aliexpress Live chat cause I have an on going issue which is now 5 years old......

  8. If been in live chat more then I can count, over 60 times....

  11. This is my 5th account I have on aliexpress and fifth account that got banned out of the blue for no valid reason.

  20. Right now my 4th platinum member account got banned for violating protection program rules or something. No valid reason given.

  22. I think it has to do with dispute I guess?

  26. I have only 1 dispute out of 200+ orders.... A dispute where seller told me he shipped my order with tracking code, then later he asked me if he could send me an other product cause product i ordered was out of stock. But before he claimed he already shipped it.... So he was lying already. I said no and prefered the one I ordered. No response anymore from seller.... I contacted him again several times but nothing. Received nothing. So I made a dispute and provided VALID proof of our conversation within aliexpress. Aliexpress themself saw evidence and refunded me. So a valid dispute.

  31. So why am I banned??? I have no idea!! I already requested my reactivation several times without response....

  35. Each time I get banned and i'm forced to make new account cause i get no response. Each time i get banned for same reason without valid proof.....

  37. Each time I'm forced to spend hours trying to add items again to wish list

  39. Each time I lose money cause i have pending orders which now i can't contact seller anymore.

  42. I think that I'm on some sort of list that automaticly bans my account based on data on the list (my real name, my ip adress, my real living adress).... Cause each time same reason, happens at random.....

  45. So please help me solve this issue....Or I'm forced to just go to GearBest......

  48. Help me get my account reactivated and get me of the list that auto bans me.... (Same issue happening to other members to... i saw it, they post it on facebook aliexpress page pubicly)

  51. I even contacted SNS team that goes over reactivation accounts on facebook but not a single response except automated message.
