  5. 2. This is a Naruto ROLEPLAYING game, the verbing aspect of it is not supposed to be the most important part of the game, its the development of character that is most rewarded that goes in hand and hand in verbing.

  7. 3. Killing is allowed, but it must have a Good IC motive behind it. But should never be the first go-to solution to a problem.

  9. 4. Ranks can kill you but their reasons must be a damned good reason (Better than a regular player's.), or else the death is retconned.

  11. 5. No griming, just because someone has MS or something stealable, you will not go out of character to form a gank squad just to take their eyes. (Even then, transplants can fail and you can go blind.)

  13. 6. Uh, if a Jinchuriki rampages upon death or KO, no matter the circumstance, it is IC.
  14.  
  15. 7. Ezing is allowed, but its not as easy as it may sound. (It is a very good time saver.)

  17. 10. After KO'ing someone in an arena fight, the winning fighter must give the defender at least five seconds to recover.

  19. 11. In an IC battle, each KO the fighters take will lead to a pause in the RP, thus ending a round, allowing them to RP between the battle and therefore create a more wholesome RP experience, especially in lethal situations.

  21. 12. Healers in a group battle are allowed to heal mid-RP and mid-combat as long as they've made a countdown and RP'ed doing it.

  23. 13. Unless an EC is involved, only 4v4s are allowed, in wars, go wild.

  25. 14. Uchihas are not meant to be edgy from the get-go, so be nice, your sharingan will progress better if you're more human.

  27. 15. Unless it is a war situation, the Mizukage cannot send out more than three Hunter Nins or three Swordsmen at a target.

  29. 16. Even if you meet the requirements for Sage Mode, you're gonna damn well RP obtaining it, and the admins will damn well read it.

  31. 17. No matter the circumstance, be nice to players oocly.

  33. 18. What happens in IC, stays in IC, keep the IC out of the OOC.

  35. 19. Kages must be online at least three out of the 7 days of the week, and in those three days, must be active, because they too mold the IC world very greatly.

  37. 20. As long as these specific rules are followed, grime is not present because you are losing a battle, they are probably just better verbers than you.

  39. 21. Every Unique must be RP'ed for once reaching the requirements unless it is a time skip.

  43. 23. To flee from a scene, you MUST roleplay it, and how you went about doing it, the chasers will give the runner a five second head start, and the number increases by 1 second for how many more players are chasing.

  47. 25. Do not get salty about kiting, Kiting is a common tactic here for all builds, as long as its not far beyond the original starting point of the battle, like as long as you don't exceed the current map you're in.

  51. 27. ERP should not be the majority of your overall roleplay. (If it is, your Timeskip will be ass compared to the majority.)

  53. 28. No rape is allowed unless both parties oocly agrees to it. (Yeah, I said it, fucking fight me Dril.)

  55. 29. To intercept an IC action, one player must have higher focus than the other, but if they share equal focus, it negates the positive outcome for both parties.

Try not to start a war over petty reasons, in real life, hundreds to thousands to millions of people can die from a war, so please take that subject seriously and always make it a last resort when every other method fails. (Failure to abide by that rule will result in a rule 30 con't for pre-war conduct.)

  59. 31. What happens in logs, stays in logs, I cannot stress rule 18 enough, respect the IC of a character, and keep their actions outside of the OOC chat.

  61. 32. If you are imprisoned in any location, as long as you have the IC means to escape granted you're not sealed (With the exceptions of a few clans.) You must wait 48 hours to perform a breakout.

  63. 33. Captors must wait 48 hours to perform any action that would be detrimental to another character, such as taking their eyes or executing them.
