  1. This being applied to youtube is going to kill the site. Kid's content creators' videos won't be visible or make that much money. The demonetization AI gets things wrong all the time so their plan (which is to use an AI for that) won't work. The fine could easily bankrupt most YouTubers. Having an AI that gets things wrong be responsible for that is a bad idea. Nobody knows what the wording means and this easily applies to 90% of youtube. I don't even know if my videos count as "for kids" or not. I didn't aim them at kids but it's POSSIBLE that a kid would see them and because of that it seems like these would be marked, but I don't want to mark them because if I get it wrong, the fine will easily bankrupt me and my family for at least a year. This is going to kill most of youtube. What if a teen or adult comes to youtube to watch the things they like but can't because they're all marked "for kids" which makes them unsearchable, unreccomendable, and uncommentable. I know that part isn't fully on y'all but you are still partially responsible for it.
