  1. Isabelle crouched down at the edge of one of the branching paths of the river and filled up a water-skin. She had been walking for a while now so It was time for a break. Selecting a reasonable spot away from all the mud, she sat down and quietly drank from her water-skin. "It's been a long week, maybe two? Heh, time flies when you travel." The scavenger reached down to a pack at her side and drew out an apple and a knife, slowly peeling away the red flesh, she never liked it for some reason. In her concentration of peeling, she never noticed the shadow that passed by, until that shadow thumped down several tree lengths away, roaring for some unknown reason. Abandoning her apple, she took hiding behind a bolder just large enough to cover her and assessed the situation. "Hmm, a dragon, one of those very colorful ones too..." She muttered to herself. "This is one I haven't seen up close too often so I need to be careful..." Sliding her knife back into her pack (but in a slot where she could grab it quick just in case), she slowly moved from her hiding, picked up the carved apple, and slowly approached the dragon. "Heeeeeey thereeee.....I don't mean any harm." She knew that this dragon had no clue what they were saying, neither would she be able to understand them, but hopefully she didn't sound threatening to them.
