  1. United League of Spindas Rules and Explainations:
  2.
  3. During the draft, participants will be drafting 11 Pokemon for their team from the tiers designated on the doc. Participants MUST draft at least one Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4, Tier 5, and Mega Pokemon, and at least two Tier 3 Pokemon. The remaining four Pokemon are Free slots, and will be drafted using points assigned at the beginning of the draft. Each participant will receive 400 points at the beginning of the draft to spend on their free Pokemon, the point values of each tier and Mega tier are as follows:
  4.
  5. Tier 1: 180 Points Tier 1 Mega: +0
  6. Tier 2: 120 Points Tier 2 Mega: +40
  7. Tier 3: 100 Points Tier 3 Mega: +60
  8. Tier 4: 60 Points Tier 4 Mega: +80
  9. Tier 5: 40 Points
  10.
  11. As noted above, each participant is required to draft a Mega Pokemon. Mega Pokemon can potentially increase your number of points to spend when drafted from Tier 2 or under, however a Tier 1 Mega will add no points.
  12.
  13.
  14. Z-MOVE RULES:
  15.
  16. Coaches will selects 3 pokemon on their team at the end of the draft to be "Z-Captains", one of which MUST be Tier 4 or Tier 5. 2 of the selected Z captains are only permitted to use offensive Z-Moves, while the remaining one is permitted to use both offensive and status Z-Moves, as long as the status Z-Move is not omniboosting. Omniboosting Z-Moves are classified as Z-Moves that boost MULTIPLE stats in a single usage, such as Z Conversion.
  17.
  18. Examples:
  19. Manaphy MAY run Waterium Z into Rain Dance to boost its speed one stage, as it only boosts one stat.
  20. Porygon-Z MAY NOT run Normalium Z into Conversion, because it boosts all of its stats one stage, classifying it as an omniboost Z-Move.
  21. Mimikyu MAY run Normalium Z into Splash to boost its attack three stages, because while it boosts by more than one stage it only boosts one stat, meaning it is NOT classified as an omniboost Z-Move.
  22.
  23. MISCELLANEOUS RULES AND CLAUSES:
  24.
  25. ~Species Clause is in effect, meaning that different teams MAY NOT have two of the same Pokemon. Different teams CAN, however, have two different forms of the same Pokemon. Species Clause also means that there CANNOT be two of the same Pokemon on one team, regardless of form.
  26. EXAMPLES: Once a team has drafted Tornadus-T, no other team may draft Tornadus-T. Another team can, however, draft Tornadus-I.
  27. If a team has drafted Rotom-H, that same team may not draft Rotom-C.
  28. ~Leppa/Enigma Berries are banned.
  29. ~The abilities Moody, Battle Bond, and Power Construct are banned.
  30. ~Evasion boosting moves, OHKO moves, Attract, Flatter, and Swagger are banned.
  31. ~Sleep Clause is in effect, meaning that no two Pokemon on the same team may be put to sleep at the same time.
  32. ~~Baton Pass Clause is in effect, meaning that you may not use Baton Pass to pass a speed boost + another stat boost, however you may use Baton Pass to pass more than one stat boost not including speed, or to pass only speed boosts. This also means that only ONE Pokemon may pass boosts at a time, meaning you cannot pass stats into one pokemon and pass those stats onto another.
  33. ~Coaching or "Ghosting" within a battle is not permitted, but players are allowed to receive suggestions, advice, or mock battles BEFORE the match.
  34. ~Soul Dew and Mewnium Z are allowed for usage.
  35. ~Silvally will be drafted as ONE Pokemon from Tier 4, and whoever drafts it may use ANY type they wish in any battle.
  36.
  37. BANNED POKEMON:
  38. ~All Ubers barring BLAZE Blaziken.
  39. ~Ash-Greninja, Magearna, Proatean Greninja, Speed Boost Blaziken, Mega Mawile, Tapu Lele, Hoopa-U, Mega Latias, and Mega Latios.
