ssh keys in /etc/ssh

Can't use ps
Can't write to anything but procs and dev files
ssh -i ssh_host_dsa_key[.pub] [decoder|ftpuser|root]@localhost -p 2222 doesnt work. Doesn't work for any other the other key files, public or private.
Can't use netcat/wget
