Thank you alot for your effort putting down the unofficial / counterfeited MapleStory version „MapleStory.Global“. After hearing around I had found out that they - unlike you’ve demanded and stated in your e-mail - haven’t taken the server completely down. They have just re-named and changed the server name to „Tales of Victoria“. Here a part of the Welcome-message of the server from one of the head admins called „Asuna“:

Welcome to Tales of Victoria! To answer your immediate question of "Is this real?", yes, this is real. We have migrated the entire database of accounts and game data over to this new server. Nothing is lost! This server will be underground completely and it will stay that way. No information will be publicly available over the internet. No website, no Facebook page, no forums, nothing. If you feel like you have any questions about the server that you want answers to, please visit the #faq text channel and it will most likely have the answers to all the questions you may have. Enjoy your nostalgic ride!

Also although the „FAQs“ state that they’re not MapleGlobal it’s clearly sure that they are.

- Same database (my old fake created account is still there!)
