  167. Subject: Re: ADM 12+ Docs Needed
  168.
  169.
  170. You will need to get into the supervisor setup before you can set
  171. baudrate etc. for your ADM-12+. Press Shift-Ctrl-Setup and you should
  172. see a lot more setup options.
  173.
  174. While in supervisor setup you can also use following codes:
  175.
  176. Ctrl-P Personality character selections (configure for example what
  177. arrow keys send, if I recall correctly)
  178. Ctrl-T tabs 1-80 use left&right to move and up to set and
  179. Ctrl-V tabs 81-158 down to clear tab. Shift-Ctrl-M sets right margin at cursor
  180. Ctrl-B Binary setup (probably not needed. I think that everything can
  181. be set using normal setup)
  182. Ctrl-A Answerback mode (enter answerback message)
  183. Ctrl-U User friendly mode (normal setup)
  184. Ctrl-D Defaults entire setup and function keys from EPROM tables
  185. Ctrl-S Save both setup and functions keys. Takes from 6 to 10 seconds.
  186. Ctrl-R Reads both setup and functions keys from NVM.
  187. Shift-Ctrl-X Unlock keyboard and cancel received X-OFF status
  188.
  189. ADM-12+ supports hardware handshaking, but it is DTR/CTS as opposed to
  190. RTS/CTS used nowadays with virtually every modem and computer. 19200
  191. bps works fine with hardware flow control.
  192.
  193. Following null-modem cable should fix this and enable you to use
  194. RTS/CTS handshaking (which Linux supports, use CRTSCTS setting). Also
  195. set ADM-12+ for DTR handshaking from supervisor setup.
  196.
  197. PC Serial ADM-12+
