His gemming/reforging is fine but things turn wierd when you look at his talents/glyphs. He for some reason doesn't have 3/3 Shield of the Templar (reduces the CD on his Shield Wall substantially) which leads me to believe he doesn't use cooldowns that much. For some wierd reason he has 2/2 Eye for an Eye and 1/2 Imp Judgements, I don't know what the fuck. He has a WoG talent build but not the glyphs to go with it (usually if you pick up both talents you also get Seal of Insight and WoG glyph, its kind of an all-inclusive defensive build thing). He doesn't have the focused Avengers Shield major glyph which is pretty odd, not to mention he has the one that causes it to daze (pretty dumb outside of PvP). He doesn't have 2/2 Pursuit of Justice.

tl;dr: geared right, has the biggest clusterfuck of a spec/glyphs ever.
