Code Functionality

	Final project code functionality reflects the description in the project document.
	You do an excellent job of auditing and cleaning the street names and phone numbers. However you need to make use of these
    functions while creating the .csv files. Please call the function update_name and audit_zipcodes within the shape_element function.
    This is very important because the cleaned data has to be written to the database and we should also perform the analysis and run
    our queries on the clean data.
