  1. -Rank Structure (Staff)-
  2.
  3. Madam/Sir - Highest obtained rank in the Stratus Cross. High Paladin inherits this should they fall and the ranks begin to shift up, leading to the vote of a new High Paladin to take the reigns. Have absolute power among the organization except on the High Paladin who may circumvent actions which require immediate/swift responses.
  4.
  5. High Paladin - Second Highest Active rank in the Stratus Cross. Absolutely requires the Blessing of the Madam and they are selected from the current Paladins. This, however, will change in the process once Masamune is found, where instead the High Paladin will be chosen based on whom the blade considers its wielder. While they listen to the Madam/Sir in what actions should be taken, their status is enough to make the decisions themselves in the moment. Essentially, they control the organization when the Madam/Sir is unable to do so.
  6.
  7. Paladin - Honorable active rank of the Stratus Cross. Requires the blessing of a High Paladin and the Madam/Sir. Often requires White Magic outside of staffing issues, holds a silver blade or equivalently anti-evil item. Capable of taking on a squire from the Guardsman ranks and works under the direct orders of the High Paladin. This rank is when supplies are often to be supplied by the Madam/Sir.
  8.
  9. Squire - Second lowest official active rank of the Stratus Cross. Given to those who have earned the blessings of a Paladin or High Paladin. Usually on track to learn white magic and aid the one they had signed with.
  10.
  11. Guardsman - Lowest official active rank of the Stratus Cross. Given to those with combatative capabilities but not having a hold on White Magic, Holy or the blessings of higher ranks above Squire.
  12.
  13. ----------------------------------------------------------------
  14. -Rank Structure (Academy)-
  15. Cadet - The most senior rank in the Academy. Those here practice and lead their class in order to learn leadership roles and help ensure those below understand what it takes to become much like them. Cadet isn't achieved by everyone and their graduation comes with special honors. Often these individuals are taught in advanced studies. Most who graduate at this rank comes in as squires.
  16.
  17. Initiate - Secondary obtained rank within the Academy. Those with this rank are usually in charge of ensuring the footboy/girls can succeed and often practice mentorship through the wingman concept of taking in a lower rank of their own. Composed of majority upper 30%. Most will graduate during this rank to become guardsman.
  18.
  19. Footboy/girl - Initial rank granted upon being accepted into the academy. Has no outstanding duties and very little experience. Composed of those within the Lowest 70%.
  20.
  21. ---------------------------------------------------------------
  22. -Academy Classes-
  23. Combat and Arms - Very standard and forward. This class instructs in combat and puts a focus on sparring, physical training, and team coordination to ensure greater skill among those involved. OOC'ly I'd also hope for this class to be used as a way of ic'ly helping people figure out their sig progressions and rpp buys as well.
  24.
  25. Mystics and Potionry - Tome study, crests, and alchemy. Alchemy for those who struggle (are bad) at imagination while those with proper strengths may be rewarded in Tome study. This would also look to ic'ly seek out those capable of tome study to learn white magic, something which would be at the cost of the Academy to achieve. Learning White Magic would be a powerful addition to their graduation should they decide to join the Stratus Cross officially.
  26.
  27. Field Technology - Focuses on teaching those capable of how to do field technologies such as medical and gears. Those without good intelligence mods the different aspects of technological information and how to effectively use them. Lessons would also range towards field practice scenarios just for fun (and rank points).
  28.
  29. --------------------------------------------------------------
  30. -Rp and Events-
  31. This would be mostly open to whatever the ECs would want to do within reason of my approval. That said I do have a few ideas off the bat I'd likely want to see occur:
  32.
  33. *Rival school competitions: We'd take the best out of each class in respective studies and have them rp'ly do a competition against a rival set of EC students. Prizes, if we can get admin onboard, would be especially nice, but if not I'll supply some small ones myself with large student point gains.
  34.
  35. *Rival class competitions and house points - I intend for two, maybe three (depending on how many join in.) Classes which will rival each other and be rewarded points (Like Hogwarts). Special prizes and bonuses for the house who has the lead. Should foster competition and conflict among the youths that could develop into something else later on outside of the Academy.
  36.
  37. *EC teachers giving special lessons and challenges: They'd reward points by having special trials and classes. Inform me of any ideas and we'll aim to get it approved. In order to avoid people who miss out on events losing out. We'll be rewarding mercy points as well for just being enrolled and having attended at least a minimum criteria of classes.
  38.
  39. *Suggestions: We take those.
