  39. || Introduction ||
  40. Hello, curious wanderer! Project Allseer is likely know to you by this point, so our objective will be to introduce you to the Intelligent Constructs division! This division of the project handles not only the creation and design of intelligent constructs, but also the policy guideline creation and procedures generation for managing, interacting with, and legislating said constructs. As such, you may become bored with "legalese" style writing, since it permeates our documents at every level, but rest assured - if you make one misstep with regards to these guidelines, you won't have the time to know you made a mistake!
  41.
  42. || Why You're Here ||
  43. If you're reading this document in May of 2608, then you're here because of an intern's mistake! They connected a fledgling construct to one of the development mainframes, which resulted in the complete and total loss of the development datacentre surrounding that mainframe. Of course, backups were stored off-site that minimised the long-term damage, but that intern sure will have a hard time finding another KOI job!
  44.
  45. As such, the current policy regarding constructs is to assess the construct fully using one of the development assessor stations available at your local KOI branch before connecting them to any mainframe. This policy applies to any and all intelligence constructs having entered existence after the 19th of October, 2605.

  64. for some reason, looks like one of the congressmen wants to overhaul the
  65. loch accords - something about how we shouldn't be snooping around on the
  66. wall, the right of the public and our allies to know what really happened out
  67. at lochponte back in the day, all that. i just don't want budget cuts, i could

  69. curious about your opinion on it, links should be all over the intranet by now

  78. i know we were planning to meet up and go over some sysadmin stuff from

  82. even boot, but i'll be a little paranoid until they finally graduate the academy
