- Hello brice!
- Please check your Internet connection using the tracert utility (both with VPN connected and without), which allows you to check the packet path from your PC to the game servers.
- To run the program, open a command prompt:
- Press Win+R key combination and in window that opens type cmd and press Enter.
- Typical window opens with the command line: black background and a blinking cursor in the line after the path "с:\Users\YOUNAME".
- You need to copy the following commands, in one block, to the Clipboard, and paste it into the command prompt window:
- ping launcher.escapefromtarkov.com -n 10 >"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
- ping cdn-02.escapefromtarkov.com -n 10 >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
- ping prod.escapefromtarkov.com -n 10 >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
- tracert launcher.escapefromtarkov.com >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
- tracert cdn-02.escapefromtarkov.com >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
- tracert prod.escapefromtarkov.com >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt"
- REM You will find your report file on your Desktop - C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt
- After running the commands, please wait till they have finished working and you have seen "с:\Users\YOUNAME" path in the command line again. After that, the command line window can be closed.
