Please check your Internet connection using the tracert utility (both with VPN connected and without), which allows you to check the packet path from your PC to the game servers.
To run the program, open a command prompt:
Press Win+R key combination and in window that opens type cmd and press Enter.
Typical window opens with the command line: black background and a blinking cursor in the line after the path "с:\Users\YOUNAME".
You need to copy the following commands, in one block, to the Clipboard, and paste it into the command prompt window:
ping launcher.escapefromtarkov.com -n 10 >"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
ping cdn-02.escapefromtarkov.com -n 10 >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
ping prod.escapefromtarkov.com -n 10 >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
tracert launcher.escapefromtarkov.com >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
tracert cdn-02.escapefromtarkov.com >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt" &
tracert prod.escapefromtarkov.com >>"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt"
REM You will find your report file on your Desktop - C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\tracertEFT.txt
After running the commands, please wait till they have finished working and you have seen "с:\Users\YOUNAME" path in the command line again. After that, the command line window can be closed.
