3. They sometimes ask for POP and other times might ask for a serial number

4. Send them fake pop & or serial number or say it was a gift

5. They will offer to send a replacement

6. If you have a problem with the SE this company does not like it when you threaten to write an article about thier poor customer service and terrible products.
