  26. • Definition: Webster: Condiment – “something used to enhance the flavor of food”

  28. o A sauce needs to be a combination of two different condiments (ex honey & mustard = honey mustard)
  29. o A sauce needs to be something that you can marinate with.
  30. • Narrative: A sauce can be a condiment, but not all condiments are sauces.
  31. o The amount of the substance matters. (ie. If it coats the food it’s a sauce, but if its small amounts to compliment the food it is a condiment. Salad dressing)
