Okay, so the building is separated into two wings, the children nekos and the adult nekos. To the left are the kids, so, that'll be where my little one is. If I remember correctly their room is 14A.

God, I'm so excited to see them again, and for you to meet them. They're honestly such an affectionate sweetheart, you'll love them.

Alright, here we are. Oh, door's open.

*knock on door SFX* Hey there sweet-- you're not my darling. Oh my god, I'm so sorry to bother you let me just-- *door close SFX*

*That* was their roommate! Oops. Well, I wonder where they are? Maybe they're in the lunchroom; it *is* about time for them to eat anyway. Meals are done on rotation to help make sure the lunch room isn't too crowded at any one time.

*pause*

Well, this is it; are you hungry? Maybe we could get something to eat with my little one and have a nice meal together. Though, I'm not seeing them in the crowd around here. Maybe they're in the second room?

Huh... Not here either... That's... strange... I wonder where they are.

Oh! Maybe the boss knows!  He's the one the oversees most of the adoptions and knows the schedule of basically everyone here. He's got quite the memory. Now just to find him. He should be in his office.

*knock on door SFX*

Hey there boss-man! How've you been doing?

Good! Hey, I was wondering if you knew where my little one is. I went to their room and they weren't there and they're not in the lunchroom either. Are they at recess right now? I mean, that doesn't really make sense cause that's usually not until the afternoo-- Are you okay? You look pale.

*laughs* Funny joke. [mockingly] They were adopted. Yea, sure they were. Seriously, where are they?

You know, it wasn't really that funny the first time and it's *definitely* not funny the second time. Where. Are. They.

You... You're not joking. Hehe... You didn't think to, I dunno, let me *know* that they were being adopted so that I could say goodbye? You have my number.

[rapidly] Sherryl, Sherryl, Sherryl. You keep track of information about people who come in and adopt, right? For billing information?
