Micspam is allowed, with the only exception being through the intercom.
Purposely delaying the round is not allowed. (Camping in one area so that SCPs can't find you, ect.)
You cannot be anywhere SCPs can't get to. This is essentially the same as the rule above.
Chaos Insurgency/Class-D <i>can</i> team with SCPs, however it isn't against the rules to attack each other. If an SCP is teaming with Class-D, their primary goal must be to escort the Class-D to the surface.
A disarmed Scientist/Class-D cannot be shot unless they disobey orders.
Ghosting is not allowed. (The actual meaning is up for debate, however in this case you simply cannot give useful information to someone else in-game with you.)
Killing yourself/leaving as 049-2 is not allowed.
Harassment/discrimination/racism is not allowed. (Yes, includes the N Word.)
ANY mention of Pedophilia will result in a kick, and if repeated, may result in a ban.
Finally, no loop holes, and remember to use common sense.

Spawn Protection is enabled, and lasts for 5 seconds.
Items in 914 can be held in your hand. (Not your inventory.)
106's Pocket Dimension has 3 exits, however the exits reset whenever someone escapes.
Gates are not forced open during the Alpha Warhead to prevent the round from becoming a drawn out battle on the surface. Use this to your advantage.
As said in the name, Friendly Fire is disabled.
The chance for CI to spawn at the start of the round has slightly increased.
Intercom settings have been slightly altered.
There is a rare chance for a sinkhole to spawn.
You keep your items when escaping.
