  1. 0) This HTML is weird and active and lets you edit the contract. It probably should be extracted somehow.
  2.
  3. 1) The ownership of work is made clear in the "Ownership and Licenses" section,so you probably don't need "Joni retains all rights to blog articles."
  4.
  5. 2) "Payments for each invoice delivered by Contractor to Client are due within 0 days of receipt." This is way too short to set up an expectation. And it sort of makes it seem like Joni would have to run out and pay you right as you invoice her. 30 days is more standard, but 14 days might also work.
  6.
  7. 3) "Client shall reimburse all expenses that are reasonable and that have been authorized in writing by Client in advance; payable within null days of itemized invoice.'
  8.
  9. Null isn't a number.
  10.
  11. 4) "Right to Authorship Credit". This kind of conflicts with the section in Attachment A that says "Blog articles will be credited to Joni." I'd get rid of the sentence "Client does not have a proactive duty to display Contractor’s name together with the deliverables, but Client may not seek to mislead others that the deliverables were created by anyone other than Contractor."
