Hong Jotaro

 --Description--
Hong Jotaro is a fighter based on the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fighting games (no shit),
with Meiling as the base and Star Platinum as her Stand. While this has been done before
(Kujo Meiling), there are far less Jotaro Meilings than Dio Sakuyas. Hong Jotaro is meant
to change this, as well as having a moveset that gives her assists to separate her from
most characters' movesets of "(Name) but with this moveset".

 --Intros--
- Meiling tilts her hat, muttering "yare yare daze..."
-- Alt version has a Yukkuri Meiling go "Yukkuri yukkuri daze..." in text-to-speech, before Hong Jotaro runs in and takes its place
- Sakuya ZA WARUDOs Hong Jotaro into the fight (esentially the same as teleporting her in) and ZA WARUDOs out before the fight begins
- (Vs. Dio Sakuyas) - Sakuya yells "JOTARO!", to which Hong Jotaro responds with "DIO!".
 Reference to the infamous scene of "Oh? You are approaching me?" (or at least that's what the "Cuphead's Bizarre Adventure" video tells me where that name calling is from)

 --Outros--
- Inu Sakuya (Iggy represent) runs across the screen in a panic, confusing Hong Jotaro,
 followed by Mystia (Petshop represent) flying in, presumably chasing down Inu. An enraged Hong Jotaro goes
 full ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA and kills her after ORA-ing her off the screen, indicated by a PICHUUUUUUUUN~
-- Mystia has a low chance to be replaced with Petshop to the same effect, PICHUUUUUUUUN~ is replaced by Petshop death noise
- Hong Jotaro mutters "yare yare daze..." and walks offscreen
- (Road Roller DA-ZE Finish) - Hong Jotaro and Sakuya WRYYYYYYYY on top of the road roller / oil tanker / giant Yukkuri together
- Sakuya ZA WARUDOs back into the fight area, shares a high-five with Hong Jotaro, and ZA WARUDOs the two out
--- All outros have a "To Be Continued..." arrow upon final round clear

 --Assists--
--- 500 meter ---
- Inu Sakuya (Iggy) leaps onto opponent and thrashes on their head before being shaken off
- Reisen (Hol Horse) finger guns a few homing bullets and poses before jumping out
- Wriggle (Gray Fly) unleashes a swarm of insects to bug (haha) the opponent
- Yuuka (Joseph Joestar) summons a multitude of vines (Hermit Purple) to hold down the opponent
-- If Hong Jotaro is KO'd while Yuuka is on screen, she will scream "OOOHHHHH MYYYY GOOOOOOD!" in reference to Joseph's infamous habit
--- 1000 meter (Acts as a super) ---
- Inu Sakuya (Iggy, again) leaps onto opponent, does the "Shun Goku Satsu" move from the
 arcade game
- Yukari (Vanilla Ice) gaps in Vanilla Ice's stand, which harasses the opponent for a while by flying through gaps and tackling them. Yukari leaves via gap once her Stand is done
- Rin (Avdol) summons her Stand, Utsuho (Magician's Red), who attacks via flame shots
- Komachi (Death 13) attacks with slow, but powerful scythe strikes. Controlled by Yukkuri Shiki Eiki (reference to how Death 13 is used by a baby in actual Jojo)
- Sakuya (Dio) readies up and unleashes ZA WARUDO, freezing time, before using The World
 to MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA the opponent.
-- If Hong Jotaro has 2000 meter, she will be able to move during this time freeze.
 Additionally, Sakuya will preform a more damaging version of the assist
--- If Hong Jotaro has 3000 meter, once the time stop effect is over, Sakuya will use
 ROAD ROLLER DA!, flattening the opponent with a giant steamroller, the whole schtick
---- The steamroller has a chance to be replaced with a steam tanker or a giant Remilia Yukkuri
---- If Hong Jotaro has 5000 meter, the assist will be replaced with
 "Star Platinum & The World Dual Strike + ROAD ROLLER DA-ZE"

 --Supers--
- Standard Jotaro supers, plus assists used above
- 3-Page JAO JAO JAO (3000 meter)
-- Hong Jotaro stuns the opponent with a mighty swing, before pummeling them with
 a 20-second ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA
--- Move is an OHKO if it connects, but is blockable + short range
- Star Platinum & The World Dual Strike + ROAD ROLLER DA-ZE (5000 meter)
-- Sakuya appears, and uses ZA WARUDO, stopping time. Sakuya then teleports around placing knives to strike the opponent when the time stop ends, while Hong Jotaro ORA ORA ORA ORAs the opponent from various angles. Shortly before the time stop ends, Sakuya joins in and MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDAs the opponent for a combo attack. Once the time stop ends, both Sakuya and Hong Jotaro jump offscreen, before coming crashing down with a steam roller (subject to the change of steam tanker or giant Remilia Yukkuri like the assist ver.), preforming the bashing of the object together
