Well since there was only 1 admin, me and dako were looking to train at least one more. We had thought about it in the past and even started to make plans, but since the whole incident with kieren we lost track of that for a little. After some time passed we knew it was really time for an admin promotion. We werent really sure who. Honestly all of our srmods are amazing people, which I guess is obvious because of their rank alone x3
Since being admin requires a lot of knowledge about commands, permissions, configurations, plugins, and minecraft in general (Not only does it take that but it also takes dedication and responsibility). Me and dako decided that we would have a few training sessions with people from the staff team. Dako even invited helpers, jrmods, youtubers, and a couple people that werent staff. Im not sure why he invited the extra people but I think it was because he was thinking about the future.
Dako spent a toooooon of time with the people in the group training them. I kinda felt bad for them xD the work was tedious and rather advanced for an introduction to admin work.
Hermez and Randy showed up and put in a ton of work. They passed Dakos class and Im proud of them for it.
If you are wondering about Julie and Glowy, well, to be honest I really wish they would have taken interest in learning the admin work. I would have promoted all of them together if I could. Sadly they didnt participate. But that doesnt mean they cant now, or in the future. I love them as much as I did before hermez and randys promo.(edited)
Hermez is soooo sweet and extremely patient with people on the server even when they are overwhelming her xD She is a mentor (literally) to people on the staff team and she helps them learn how to handle hard situations on the server. Even when they make a mistake she is calm and nice in helping them figure out the right thing. She also, as I said, put in the time to learn how to do the admin work.

I dont understand why you would want her demoted, but if you have reasons that I dont know about I will listen and consider what you say. I dont want anyone to feel they are being treated unfairly

i dont think anyones being treated unfairly I  just believe in my own opinion that she should never have been accepted

she should have stayed as a helper

hmmm well over the time Ive known her ive come to realize that she is just like that. She uses a lot of smiley faces and likes to tease people. But the thing I know for sure is that he was flirting with her
He tried to deny it but I knew him too well xD
But thats all in the past. Besides, not flirting with my ex wasnt exactly a qualification for admin xD

Sometimes people try to keep things from me about the server
they think since Im the owner Ill harm them in some way if they misbehave x'D

If you ever want to share, Ill listen. It doesnt have to be today, or tomorrow. I do want to make sure that everyone on void feels safe. And if hermez makes people feel uncomfortable in some way I would like to do something to make things right. I just cant help if I dont know whats wrong
