Severon: I proposed a new rule to ronaldlee (VIA private message on the forums) that nobody should be allowed to ignorantly accuse someone of hacking without first speccing and submitting demo &c..

Severon: this would make it an official rule ... where if broken it would make it an immediate violation and not up for interpretation.. it would save admins the time of having to go through a demo to find where someone accused me of hacking... etc

Severon: well about the mid-way point through that video in the round that I DRAW,  he is camping on the roof of the elevator on uptown and i'm basically circling the map looking for him, if you watch it with shownormals.. he's actually crouched and watching me
