ok, so I'll just explain everything in some paragraph, you're rules are horribly flawed zim, everyone's been complaining about them and you've refused to accept that people have ever began complaining, just search up 'rules' and you'll see all sort of good shit about people complaining about them, but you've attempted to pass them off as 'not a problem' which is completely not the case what so ever. The problem with the rules is that they're followed religiously by staff (not saying it's their fault) because of the way you've set it up. I know Dreamie (just an example) has expressed how the rules are unfair, when he's been religiously enforcing the rules like I presume you've told him. Members were getting warned and kicked and muted for 24hrs for something as study and insignificant as using a tatsu command in #music. Which is fucking stupid and should really stop. Verbal warnings should also exist, to let people know when they're crossing the line, another thing is all the punishments are fixed, there's no negotiation between the punishments, it's just warn-kick-mute-warn-ban. Adjusting the punishment is much more effective as it can calm down the chat when it's not a specific person's fault. The problem with you here is that you've neglected the server as a whole, just popping in and posting the occasional link, and that's it. You've ignored everyone asking for a rule reform, when so many people have been asking for change. Whenever we suggest something, it's just 'oh now we can't enforce the rules' which nobody ever said.
