- Texas Ranger Cordell Walker, one of the last old-fashioned heroes of the West, is a protective friend but a relentless foe who will stop at nothing to bring a criminal to justice. Walker works on instinct, often drawing on the traditions of his Native American ancestors. His partner, James Trivette, has a more modern approach to crime-solving. C.D. Parker, a retired Ranger, and Alex Cahill, the county assistant district attorney who shares a mutual attraction with Walker, support the Rangers in their battle to serve justice.
- Walker, a Texas ranger, believes in dealing with the bad guys the old fashioned way, by fighting them. He also works on instincts. Trivette is his partner. He was a former player for the Dallas Cowboys football team. Trivette uses the modern approach to crime solving, such as computers and cellular phones. C.D Parker owns a bar and grill which specializes in Western cuisine, and Country-Western themes. He gives Walker advice on some cases. Alex Cahill is the assistant district attorney.
- I first started watching walker Texas ranger when I was 13 and have been in love with it ever since I know it's cheesy at times but it's always fun seeing the bad guys getting there asses handed to them on every episode. The show is about a Texas ranger named Cordell walker (Chuck norris) who is kind and gentle to his friends but a mean s.o.b to the bad guys and will do whatever it takes to bring a criminal to justice. Alongside of him are his partner James trivette (Clarence gilyard) who is a retired dallas football star who busted his shoulder and is now a ranger. Walker has a little love interest in the show with a.d.a alex cahill (Sheree j. Wilson) who is a very smart and attractive woman and she wants to bring a criminal to justice just as much as walker and his partner. Usually at the end of every episode they hang out at a bar called C.D'S bar and grill owned by retired Texas ranger cd parker who is also a good friend of walkers. One of my favorite things about this show is that walker never hesitates to meet the bad guy when they wanna meet him somewhere and he shows no fear. Clarence gilyard and Noble willingham provide the comedy in this show and are a blast to watch. And Sheree j. Wilson is just great as alex and there are a lot of w/a moments in this show that just bring joy. All in all my favorite show of all time 10/10.
- This TV show is possibly the most pathetic display of crap on TV today. Horribly predictable, obscene usage of slow motion photography, cheesy story lines. Chuck Norris is an abomination who should never have been allowed to be filmed in anything. The way he chooses to make each episode into a public service announcement is really annoying. His acting sucks so bad that it makes a person cringe with embarrassment. I will give the series some credit though...it does get entertaining at times, but not enough for it make any difference. With all the negative points this series has, i still prefer it over reality TV, it can't really get any more worthless than that.
