  1. You didn't answer my car question. You always do that, I think it's funny, I even separate paragraphs. I see what you are saying, but it is electrical work. After seeing how they troubleshoot, I am satisfied.

  6. I'm upset they charged you another 90 bucks because they should have determined that was the incorrect thermostat the first time they were out. It was a diagnostic call and they failed to diagnose the entire problem. Sure, he fiddled with the thermostat to set it to electrical furnace, but that didn't fix the problem now did it. And sure he reconnected the board, but that didn't fix it either. I'm glad you got someone to fix the problem, don't get me wrong. I'm just upset with that company because they are charging you for two separate visits that should have been fixed on the first visit. I hope you understand where I'm coming from and I will send you half of the money. If I were there, you better be sure I'd be ripping them a new asshole.

  9. Bill is included, and they did charge the service fee. They did do something each time they were out, we would have never known that the control board was broken without them (we had the thermostat set for gas heat for christ sakes). This time they checked the electrical backup (which I didn't know existed), which supplements the heat pump in delivering heat. Heat pump only puts out x amount of temperature, the electrical backup (aux heat) makes up the difference to deliver the set heat. Without them we/I wouldn't know any of this. The thermostat we bought wasn't even set up for aux heat, so it didn't know how to communicate with the electrical backup. I searched online for our problem and all I could find (search "electrical furnace luke warm air") was some talk about a breaker, or that the electrical coils were bad (a $150 part). They told me which thermostat I should go buy (in black ink on the reciept), I asked if they had any they could sell and setup, to make sure everything was installed correctly and worked, which it does. They didn't try to sell it to me, I asked. The $100 fee is for $80 thermostat and $20 installation (Carrier sn# tp-prh-a). Google the serial, the thermostat costs almost $200 new. I am happy with the cost, everything is setup correctly now and works 100%. Our electrical bill would have been $600 this month, the heat was pumping all the time trying to keep the house at 67 degrees (been in the 30's outside and in the 20's over night here).

  13. Last time I drove the car was when I sent you the email about the error codes, no money for fuel it is still full. Maybe I am unclear on how often I should drive it, I am under the impression that it was once a month (your insurance being set to 5 mi a month). If you want it driven more often let me know, that will not be an issue. Again if you have any questions/issues let me know.

  34. They better not charge you another service call, because you called them out there to fix it and it wasn't done right the first time. Not only did they not fix it, they made it worse by reconnecting that board that you had to replace that didn't solve the problem. Good news with rowe, I can't wait. I didn't mention it to you, but I think Vlad fucked my car up. I believe its on the drivers side underneath the door panel it looks like it got smashed in by a speed bump or something. I forgot to take a look underneath the car to see if there was any damage under there, hopefully its ok and just some cosmetic damage to the panel. I'm not sure why I was thinking about that right now, but I guess more damage would come to the car by not driving it. Speaking of whice, have you driven it lately? Do I owe you any money for fuel?

  38. There is something else wrong with the furnace, I woke up this morning and the heat was set at 68° but the furnace was struggling to keep the house at 65. The furnace ran all night, I set another appointment with Greg Mills for tomorrow. I will let you know the end result. By the way Rowe is moving in on the first so total $1200 coming in we would have to pay $200 each. This entire message was done on a voice to text app on my iPhone, with one correction by me and that was Rowe's name.
