I've carefully investigated an error you provided in this e-mail. That's like a typical issue when the same record gets updated by different users at the same time.

In the example you gave an error occurred under Test Sales user which is used in autotests. According to Denis Vitkovski, sometimes such error really occurs during autotests execution. However, it has been never reproduced by him manually.

So, I'd suggest focusing on autotests improvement. Let's raise the issue on a daily call.
