ME: I have Flagged BitchDistort, Please answer the following for me.
Will this cause them to be disabled?
If so How long?
Will they be ordered to change there name?
If so will it cost the user money?
Do they get to choose the name?

If you feel that name is inappropriate then I suggest that you flag the it so that we may review name.

As for the Name Change token, I regret to inform you that we are not able to send a Name Change token unless you are asking us to send your own Name Change token to this user.
