John Sunol vs David Bottrill and the OTOAustralia.org.au

Bernard, can you please do a story covering how your high court
challenge was ignored in Sunol vs Bottrill (otoaustralia.org.au) 2018
ACAT 22 ACT's first religious vilification case and how the president
of Australia's Bar Society 2005-2006 says all Australian citizens must
respect Aleister Crowley aka the Great Beast 666.

Vivivanne Legg and Dyson Devine who criticized the Ordo Templi
Orientis whilst residing in Coffs Harbour NSW through on their blog hosted in
America, then told a Tribunal in Victoria who was trying to prosecute
them - GET STUFFED YOU DON'T HAVE JURISDICTION deserve millions of
dollars in compensation as a result of Bernard Gaynor's high court
Victory announced today. Their emails were published on John Sunol's blog before the OTO ordered it deleted through the ACT Tribunal (ACAT 2018 22)

What was done to them?

They were kidnapped by 5 Victorian, 2 NSW Police in Coffs Harbour  and
sent directly to jail without ever appearing in a court, for the crime
of contempt of court, on order from the VCAT tribunal, the same
tribunal that claims we a not a court we a tribunal when there are
constitutional challenges against their authority to police "political
free speech" (Attorney General v 2UE /NSWCA/2006/349), a fundamental
right granted from the Australian constitution.  Legg & Devine were
jailed for 4 out of 9 months sentence for refusing to apologize to the
OTO as ordered to do so by a judge in a different state enforcing a
law that has never existed in NSW where they lived in under contempt
of court charges.

The Age ("Couple jailed for contempt in Vilification case") and the
OTO's December 2008 press release said Legg and Devine were not in the
court room when the order was made. The judge Deputy President
Magistrate Harbison says they were in the court the "Legg Devine" case
law you can look up on austlii.edu.au.  This lie was probably told
because under Section 25 of the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and
Responsibilities Act 2006 says:

"Section 25
Rights in criminal proceedings:

  (d)  to be tried in person, and to defend himself or herself personally

Ian Freckleton the lawyer for the OTO who was writing in the NZ 2001

So what does this mean? Bernard Gaynor's high court judgement means
the NSW Government (apart from this new silly law they made) owes Legg
and Devine millions for being right about not having jurisdiction over
NSW citizens, for being kidnapped by men with guns and sent directly
to jail for not respecting a "satanic" cult. New laws created only
last year wont retrospectively make the government immune from
prosecution for their kidnapping, denying of due process and unlawful
jailing and deprivation of liberty of this couple for their crime of
publishing a dossier from Dr Riena Michelson of the Child Sexual Abuse

Aleister Crowley wrote the poem "Ballard to Passive Pederasty" in his
book "White Stains". I sent a copy of the poem to every MP om the ACT
to complain about the ACT Human Right's commission claims all in 2018
must still respect Aleister Crowley.

They responded by switching out the judge mid trial in ACAT 2018 22
Sunol Bottrill from Mary-Therese Daniels (who ordered to Google to
shut down John and Luke McKee's co-operated GOOGLE OWNED entire blog
full of anti-pedophilia activism on other matters). In came another
to another judge who had previously ruled on the OTO who had a very
big conflict of interest. Let me quote him from ACAT 2016 104 Section
41

"The  material  relied  on  by  Fiona  is  mainly  directed  at
Crowley.  OTO  is tangentially defamed by  this  as  he  was  involved
 in  the organisation.  Professor Ezzy" he goes on to talk about says
the OTO is not a criminal organization. He writes who writes books
with self professed OTO members and "witches" Dr Caroline Tully goes
and says they have never abused children anywhere in the world,
discounting what happened with the Crowley followers in Kidwelly,
Whales or the OTO Solar Lodge Boy in the Box Case goes on to say how
wonderful they are as an "impartial" witness. How can anyone be an
expert on a secret society and their secret rituals and profess their
innocence unless they were a member. Douglas Ezzy didn't appear in the
ACT 2018 22 case of Sunol vs Bottrill, nor was any of his hearsay
"evidence" submitted, but the judge who had worked with him previously
made half the judgment on his baseless claims as an "impartial
witness"

To make things even more ironic, the former NSW Anti-Discrimination
Board constellations officer and HEROC consultant Dr Gregory John
Tillett that drafted most of the vilification law in Australia got his
PhD in the occult, and wrote his thesis that is online at
leadbeater.org about how an aquaitance of Aleister Crowley in
Australia CW Leadbeter was charged with abusing boys and got off.

Search leadbeater.org on google for all the stuff you can see there about Crowley and his friend he had a falling out with C.W. leadbeater being charged for sodomizing children by NSW Police 90 years ago. Yet the judges rule these occult satanists "never abuse children" or they would be caught. They were - even in Australia as reported by the very same man who wrote the homosexual vilification laws Garry uses.

in one line in case law judgment says I will not wait for Bernard
Gaynor's high court judgment to determine if I have jurisdiction in
the ACT even after the ACT Attorney Generals office intervened in the
case - saying Luke McKee's claims are right - Bernard Gaynor's supreme
court challenge is throwing a spanner in the works of the OTO guardian
newspaper confirmed "sex cult" suing a handicapped Christian in NSW
John Sunol.

Bryan Meagher SC the same judge who had previously ruled on OTO cases
(and not much else apart from prosecuting other lawyers) ignored the
submissions from the ACT Attorney General's office citing they didn't
have jurisdiction until the High Court matter was finalized.

Bryan Megher SC ruled I will proceed anyway and ignore the panel of 3
judges on NSW Supreme Court of Appeals #3  XXXX, Gaynor and Corbett
3rd March 2017 decision and proceed with no reasoning whatsoever. The
judge taking the case switched from Mary to Bryan to Mary and Bryan
again in various proceedings but "M T Daniels" name doesn't appear in
case law any more.

What can you take away from this? The tribunals have formally said -
the high court has no power over us - we are a law unto ourselves, and
all Australian's must respect equally to Jesus - the man who when he
was alive referred to himself as the "Great Beast 666", who has wrote
in the book of the law and in magic in theory and practice that little
boys and little girls should blood sacraficed to baphomet.
