Honestly I planned to be more active, but then I got a job, so I'm not so sure.
I'm fine with doing disciplinary work as a headmin, as was basically my role at first, but that requires me to know what there is to do.

I'd see it as a stain on him a lot more than you, given it ultimately wouldn't be your decision.
I'd hold no grudge against you at all, it wouldn't be something done out of personal disagreement in any sense.
Frankly, I think it'd be an overreach on Crunchy's part, but that's my opinion ;P

Currently our rounds go for a bout 6 hours on average
which I wouldn't say is fast x)

Oh, tg's rounds are a base of 2 hours, but they're ended early consistantly.

And we encourage people to play actual characters, and not attack people without a good in character reason, which luckily vore provides pretty handily haha

On a more apt level though, it's largely that my being a headmin has meant incredibly little in the vast scheme of things.
And while I'd hardly prefer it be the case that I'm allowed to dictate anything to the disagreement of others, it's not helped that even in the one area I'm meant to have the most sway things are decided at 3am in the morning.

Well that's the thing, I feel like if this is the kind of influence I'm gonna have as a headmin, I don't see the point of even staying on if I'm going to have even less as a game admin.
