Icebreak theory: States that a virgin losing his or her virginity contributes to positive personality attributes and that a biological unattraction to someone can hinder this process. Evidence has shown that virgins losing their virginity boosts morale, confidence, enthusiasm and other positive personality traits. A biological unattraction to an incel can effectively cause one to lack proper personality traits that are deemed desirable. Thus, incels and boys in general, are more likely to possess less positive personality traits until their first-sex self-esteem boost.
