Definitive BiS Thresholds:

There are two ways to approach the problem of hitting the thresholds - on one hand, we may want to maximize the power we get from enhancements, since the higher power enhancements seem to have greater stat pools. On the other hand, if power / mastery is saturated enough, we would want to minimize the power gain from enhancements, which is equivalent to using less enhancements to hitting the thresholds (i.e. having more enhancements we can use for crit). Because of this, I will be presenting how to get "BiS" enhancements / augments for each of these perspectives. SB means that there is a +2% set bonus effecting the stat in question.
Power Maximizing:
