  1. " We have shared a lot about our past me and you but there is something I havn't told you." He said with a smile as he felt cold sweats come down his face.
  2.
  3. " I have no doubt about me being able to reach my goals, but truthfully. I have another side to myself... its like an animal. I keep myself in a greater state of mind to suppress that side. That beast."
  4.
  5. " I dress nice, I like to watch the sunset and rise. I do all this to calm what is inside of me."
  6.
  7.
  8. (Yoru)
  9. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  10.
  11. [01:26] She again turns her face away from the waves, facing up towards Yoru. Her hands fold across her stomach, calm and patient. While his animalistic side was likely more literal, she could relate to the feeling in a more abstract way, before she had condemned herself to atonement.
  12.
  13. "What do you mean... by what is inside you? A literal beast? Or something... figurative?"
  14. (Juno)
  15. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  16.
  17. [01:29] He laughed. " Not exactly but I guess in a sense yes. See my Gods are Saekanis and Asena. Whenever we fight those two wolf heads from my mana are their individual powers given to me. So it makes sense right the balance between them."
  18.
  19. " But for a long time I have been feeling this urge that seems like Saekanis is overpowering Asena within me. Asena is life and Saekanis is death."
  20.
  21. " So the beast inside me I guess you could say is literal and figurative. Its because I am what I am."
  22.
  23.
  24. (Yoru)
  25. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  26.
  27. [01:31] She nods as she listens, some things clicking in her head.
  28.
  29. "I see. I have never been educated much in ookami culture... I hope you are able to resist, if you so desire. Is there a way... to fight it off?"
  30.
  31. Her breathing and speech have all but returned to normal now, able to partially ignore the still overwhelming pain of her stump as she focuses on Yoru.
  32. (Juno)
  33. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  34.
  35. [01:34] " I think it has something to do with my element and my placement in this world. My spirit has been broken in the past I believe and maybe when it healed it didn't do it properly. I didn't heal my pain with life. I healed it with death."
  36.
  37. " I feel as if whatever helped me heal wants more than what I can give it." Maybe it wants sacrifice he thought but he couldn't be to sure.
  38.
  39. " My endurance should be enough, to live with this and accept it."
  40.
  41.
  42. (Yoru)
  43. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  44.
  45. [01:36] Juno mulls this over, trying to think of a way to possibly lift his burden, but she knew so little of these types of things in the first place.
  46.
  47. "Have you tried speaking to anyone else about this? Other ookamis, perhaps a religious figure well-versed in the nature of these gods?"
  48. (Juno)
  49. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  50.
  51. [01:39] " Everything is versatile. Kitsune have a different Goddess, as well do Nagual. Other ookami like myself I'm sure they could help but at the same time not many of them struggle with this." He said nodding his head.
  52.
  53. " These trials and affairs are mainly something that is up to me myself. The only thing someone could give me is advice but internally and mentally I would be the ultimate determination of what happens."
  54.
  55. " Thankyou for the concern of course." He said with a nod. " But it isn't something we should be worried about I have suppressed it for a long time now since my last outrage.
  56. (Yoru)
  57. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  58.
  59. [01:41] She nods, accepting that his plight may be similar to her own- something others could hypothetically help with, but a burden they choose to embrace and carry upon their own shoulders.
  60.
  61. "Do not thank me for my concern. It is a courtesy that should be expected among dear friends. What was your last outrage?"
  62.
  63.
  64. (Juno)
  65. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  66.
  67. [01:43] " The day I took that persons life. He was in my position as well, Im sure you remember that I just never told you the full context of it all. But that is the day something snapped and never quite went back to feeling the same."
  68.
  69. He said nodding his head still having his hand in her bundled hair.
  70.
  71.
  72. (Yoru)
  73. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  74.
  75. [01:45] Juno asks, "So what is the full context, then?"
  76. [01:46] Yoru says, "I snapped and killed and now I cant be the way I once was and in spite of that. This may be the road predetermined for my future."
  77. [01:46] Yoru says, "Bloody Horror."
  78. [01:47] Yoru says, "Maybe even this version of myself will fade."
  79. [01:48] Juno asks, "And what will overtake it?"
  80. [01:48] Yoru says, "Maybe another outrage."
  81. [01:48] Yoru says, "Seems the most logical at this point."
  82. [01:49] Juno asks, "Is there any predicting as to when that will occur?"
  83. [01:49] Yoru says, "No not really."
  84. [01:50] Yoru says, "Its like I feel an itch inside of my mental state. Something I cant scratch and it keeps growing."
  85. [01:51] Juno says, "So uncontrollable. And you use civilization to keep it down..."
  86. [01:52] Juno says, "Perhaps you should try unleashing it manually. But only upon those you deem deserving."
  87. [01:52] Yoru says, "To an extent yes. I read, study, look at poetry, watch nature."
  88. [01:53] Yoru says, "Its not like something I can control."
  89. [01:53] Yoru says, "My Suppression is only what I can do."
  90. [01:54] Juno says, "Im sorry to hear that. I am unsure of what other solutions to try to provide..."
  91. [01:55] Yoru says, "It isnt a problem I see."
  92. [01:56] Yoru says, "Its how I am."
  93. [01:56] Yoru says, "The more I change the more I grow."
  94. [01:56] Juno says, "That is a wonderful and positive way to see it. I apologize for calling it a problem, I didn't mean to insinuate anything..."
  95. [01:57] Juno says, "Things like that have been problems in the past for me. But it is perfectly within your right to reclaim it as your own."
  96. [01:57] Yoru says, "No no it is fine. Its just something that I aknowledge is there."
  97. [01:57] Yoru says, "It is apart of me."
  98. [02:00] Juno says, "Of course. I hope things develop well for you after my leave."
  99. [02:01] Yoru says, "It all we be a mystery, however if things continue on the path it is going down. I will be a nightmare to most people I encounter
