  1. With their targets chosen, the drakanite strode out towards an empty spot in the field; crimson flames dancing around fists and feet. Every step in his wake leaving ashen footprints in the grass; their flames smoldering briefly, then fading. With a gesture his men fanned out behind him. Without a single word they each drew their weapons as their leader took up a martial stance. Burning fists tense and ready to strike.
  2.
  3. "You have taken from us - we are here to claim what is ours. Our people. Our kin. I will give you one chance to stand down. Throw down your weapons, make this easy on yourselves."
  4. (Gorou)
  5.
  6. The Nagual laughed, and if one paid attention the faint underlay of another voice added to her own could be heard. If the Drakanite held any connection to the Spirit realm he would feel another presence inside of her.
  7.
  8. Glowing amber eyes stare into their opponent, Aldrah beside her. A man she considered killing once.
  9.
  10. "Right well. You see, I've fought a real dragon and walked away. I've fought a measure of a deity's power and walked away.
  11.
  12. What do you think you are?"
  13.
  14. The lightning around her begins to crackle erratically,
  15.
  16. "You are but a bump in the road."
  17. (Jessi Ultovex)
  18.
  19. The enemy had been chosen. His ally, Jessi. Yeah, maybe this fight would be interesting.
  20.
  21. Aldrah only remained silent, while the drakanite spoke his foolishness. Why does everyone have to say too much stuff? Would not it be more simple just a basic speech?
  22.
  23. Anyway time to the necromancer's speak, where the same did, with a calm tone, "It would be easier for you to be silent and wait for you death, thus joining me as a servant." He spoke, yawning once more.
  24.
  25. The magi was being wrapped in an icy aura as his undeads wielded their weapons and prepared for combat.
  26. (Aldrah)
  27.
  28. The fight itself was very shameful, Aldrah expected a strong fighter.. But due to the set of his abilities, with the one of Warden Jessi, they managed to defeat the man without much problems.
  29.
  30. "You're a failure, weak." He said, going towards Gorou, "Now.. Go back to your comrades, bring more people next time, tell them that Aldrah the necromancer, will rip the life out of their bodies.. I need more servants." I have smirked.
  31.
  32. Then, the next moment, Aldrah hit his foot on the ground where with this act, he formed a shockwave of wind, which ended up hurling the Drakanite away.
  33.
  34. The next time they return, he would get more undeads for his army of undeads.
  35. (Aldrah)
  36.
  37. The duo proved to be extremely formidable together. The Necromancers mastery of his magic keeping their opponent slowed or stunned, though she could do these things also her specialty was a simple one. Blasting things down.
  38.
  39. She battered the Drakanite with holy lightning and the wounds she and Aldrah sustained were quickly mitigated by her healing magic. Finally as the enemy would try to close she would fire a javeling formed from her element into his chest sliding him back.
  40.
  41. Aldrah spoke and slammed his foot down blasting their enemy away. No capture, but oh well.
  42.
  43. No matter how far he'd gone in those few moments she would roar once more, the faint apparition of a tri-horned lion forming around her the sound a cacophony of thunder rolling across the ground.
  44.
  45. A threat, and a promise.
  46.
  47. As the apparition fades, so does her lightning, the amber of her eyes retreating back to the iris.
  48.
  49. "Good job Aldrah. Maybe they'll think twice next time. Though I doubt it. Likely be ready for real dragons or something next time."
  50.
  51. She turns to check on the rest of the battle.
  52. (Jessi Ultovex)
  53.
  54. His combat style was, admittedly, better suited for one on one fights. They fought barehanded - with flames to enhance their physical capability. And yet - outnumbered and overwhelmed - they did not give in. They refused to relent. They had, almost fatally, underestimated the opponent. Thieves, they had assumed. Mere thieves. He had assumed the others had been captured through mistaken error on their end - not through competency on these wretched fools. He had been mistaken.
  55.
  56. Under the onslaught of wind and ice - bearing shockwave and burst of lightning magic - the drakanite did his best to hold up. Letting his armor absorb the brunt of the blows. His bulky form grounded, stable. Steady, guarded stance allowing him to deflect and strike back.
  57.
  58. But he simply could not keep up with the two of them - not when he had come ill-prepared, expecting nothing that could even have come close to a challenge. Arrogance. Wind threatened to offset him - yet he pushed against it. Feet sliding in the dirt, flames burning bright; flaring in the wind.
  59.
  60. "This is not the end! We will reclaim what is ours!" A final burst of lightning slammed, hard, into his armored chest - throwing him back. Wings spread - barely allowing him to catch himself before he hit the ground. He had wounds to lick and pride to soothe. But for now; a defeat was a defeat. This was his loss. Nothing could change that.
  61. (Gorou)
  62.
  63. After sending the drakanite through the air, Aldrah slowly turned towards Jessi, handing his staff to one of his undeads.
  64.
  65. "You did very well, too." Aldrah nods to the Nagual, "You should join me in my hunts.. It would be helpful." He spoke as he began to float.
  66.
  67. He had let Gorou go, as he had plans, only one being will not be useful, Aldrah wanted more people, more people for him to kill, to join his army of undeads. Where to sending that Drakanite, he would bring him more soldiers next time. More soldiers for slaughter.
  68.
  69. Now, about dragons next time? Interesting.. Much better than simple Drakanites, much more powerful. Aldrah would love to have one at his command.
  70.
  71. "If they bring dragons the next time they come back, I'll personally drain their energy out until the last drop of life of their bodies.." He paused, approaching Jessi, "And then I'll raise them as undeads, under my command. I'll have them march towards Huang, destroying everything in their path. " He smirked.
  72.
  73. In fact, an undead dragon would be very advantageous to the necromancer, many possibilities, many utilities.
  74.
  75. He started to leave the scene, being followed by his undeads, "Come on Jessi." He said, waving to Jessi to come along.
  76. (Aldrah)
