All Races Allowed with the exception of Hollows, RPP Gains and EXP Gains should be at a high point, aswell as a high catchup amount for the new players. BP Catch-up system if possible, otherwise, just keep RPP Gains and increase minimum base.

Devil Fruits and Might Fruits are banned, and are otherwise Admin-Spawn only.
Majin and Majinization should not be apped and instead must be given/taught by the Cultist Lord.
Once you're majinized you're permanently Evil and controlled by the Cultist, unless something or someone breaks the spell.
