Hector was born and raised in LS, South side of Los Santos and he grew up in really bad surroundings. He started smoking in 14 and drinking in 15 year so it explains te situation he was in. He grew up without his mother, she died right after Hector was born, he was raised only by his father and he learned many things from him, his father was drinking and smoking, that's one of the main reason why he started doing that too.

Hector now has 15 years old, his birthday was on 19th of February so he met many new friends on his birthday because it was new page for him, new people also. Now Hector lives in Gilmore with his father and he keeps meeting new friends every day so he wouldn't be all alone when bad days come. He isn't going to school, in the period between elementary school and middle school he was doomed, he had too many F's to go to any middle school and to progress in his life. Now he tries to earn some one on streets of South LS..
