- The model to be replaced is a HTC Hero, and I believe the excess I owe is £50.00. Prior to my paying you this money, could you please in some way verify or confirm that you have been authorised of this by my insurance company? I am somewhat uneasy with the idea of handing over money with no proof, as I'm sure you understand.
- As I live on a university campus, I believe any packages delivered that require signing for can be signed for with ease at the post room at the hub, and I can collect at my convenience
