Passive - Dread

After being unseen by the enemy team for at least 12/9/6 seconds (Level 1/7/13) Dread kicks in and Fiddlesticks gains 15% out of combat movement speed.

- Jumpscare

As long as Dread is active, when Fiddlesticks is first seen again by an enemy he gains an additional 30% bonus movement speed for a total of 45% for 2.5 seconds, and during this time damaging an enemy champion makes the Flee in Terror for 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. (Enemies can only be Feared once per Jumpscare)
