Yes I can currently record and upload in 720p with about 60 frames, depending on what applications are running in the background.

I am able to host a majority of the time after school, I finish for summer a month and a half earlier this year so I can for sure host a lot more during that, along with that I will only be going to college next year for 3 days a week so in a week I have 4 days completely free, so I would be hosting very often around that time. But at the moment I am taking my GCSE's (If Daniel is reading this, it's British exams that decide your life essentially). So they are very important to me so I can at least host once a day, Weekends are an exception to that and expect 2-3 games a day on the weekends.

I have been familiar on quite a few servers, over on Reddit I previously owned my own server and staff team, overall, I hosted 250 games, along with this I hosted around 30-40 private games for me and friends, in our spare time. I have also worked under Ellie, this has been on Verenity and Venix. On Verenity, I managed to progress from trial uhc to full mod (staff on every aspect of the server) from there I managed to get myself the Senior role, then Verenity was parted and I went with Ellie straight to Venix, at Venix I was Senior straight away and stayed at that position till it ended.

I would love to be staff on Ultra as I feel Ellie is a great Head of UHC and does a good job at motivating people into doing the best they can do, along with that I see potential, potential which I don't usually see in many servers so it looks like the server is going to be around for a long time which is also good for me as I feel I need somewhere that my position is secure and I won't be server hopping.

I feel I have very strong leadership skills, I am not too lenient but I know when to let things go, I have a lot more experience than a lot of other candidates do which is a huge benefit for you guys at it means you don't have to give me any training. I also have worked with other members on the staff team, this means that I know how they work and what not and what to do around them. I believe I can make a positive impact on Ultra especially when it comes to new features, I am very innovative and I can regularly help. I am also very good with writing skills meaning I can help write certain things for the server, licenses, terms and conditions and stuff of the like. I am also willing to accept wrong doing if I see fit as this is the first way to get better at the problem
