P.S. Does Black Rain have a history of being biased in the way she handles bans that I do not know about but you do? If she does not way does suddenly rebanning someone in the correct way that she happens to be friends with on steam, and for all we know the last time they talked way a year ago mean she is suddenly being biased?

@Black Rain herself did absolutely assume what happened and if it's really the concrete protocol like people say it is it would be getting enforced properly up to now. I spoke to 3 higher-up's one of which decided himself to increase it and leave a comment on the ban, inwhich the next day without bothering to message me or the AO who increased it ( @delirium ), Black Rain unbanned him. I don't know where you guys are getting the idea that I just went in and straight up permanently banned the dude on the spot, I even tried to get in contact with Black Rain who was offline at the time. The same night @Caution himself said it was perfectly okay that he was permanently banned. If Black Rain would like to deal with all of those kind of bans on Scrim that require just local bans herself then that's fair, but what isn't fair is making assumptions and unbanning someone who is clearly her friend with the other metric fuck ton of things that make it look awful.

This thread is absolutely not drama, I called Black Rain out for possible bias, if she doesn't want people to call her out for that she should simply not do things that look biased by all accounts. It's hard for me or anyone for that matter to know what do when the rules and threads for the server are written in an ambiguous manor which thanks to this situation/thread- is fixed. I used my best judgement by administering a week ban due to that fact and let the higher-ups deal with it. I absolutely do know that Black Rain has a history of some shit looking incredibly biased, but I'm not a mind reader so I could only speculate based off of certain variables as I stated here.

When he's clearly your friend, you don't bother to ask us about the ban, go into handle it yourself, and follow an ambiguous protocol that in other circumstances has not been followed I absolutely am calling you out for possible bias. This isn't the first time I've felt this way either or I would simply not bring it up. So yes. I don't think you're capable of dealing with situations involving your friends or people that you dislike because of bias.
Lastly.

About the proper "protocol" which ironically enough wasn't fully explained anywhere, with all due respect to you didn't at all see the messages I had sent and received to him nor what he was saying in-game during the whole scrim match. Even past that fact, I'll say something I've said in the past, protocol is not used to go after people spitefully nor is it supposed to be something to give your friends a little helping hand. Protocol is something that is completely situational, if it wasn't we would have some major issues at this community- many SA's wouldn't even be here. When Ayjin was unbanned he was told that if he specifically was to start shit whatsoever he was a goner, he left scrim (being a complete dickhead about it) so since the handy dandy plugin that I assume no one bothered to test didn't work, I checked up on protocol for scrim and went ahead and gave him a week ban (because I was unsure of whether we wanted him gone permanently).

What makes you look biased isn't that you're defending a friend, what makes you look biased is that you're going to post something snotty towards me without getting your facts straight on the subject- nor read everything that was already said on this thread you claim is drama but has led to genuine changes. Honestly I can give a fuck less about bias in your case, but when someones bias start infringing on the community being a nice place to play on then I'm going to call you out for it.

Sidetracking to something relevant to what I said above.

The lack of integrity, overwhelming carelessness and selfish disregard for our servers in this community among our staff especially is frankly getting ridiculous and the fact that I see people who jump down my throat for saying something or use me to vent what they should be saying in public, then agree with me in private who are too pussy to call out the higher-ups or other staff members for something is I believe is incredibly damaging to this community. People are scared of the higher-ups like they're sentient perfect beings. If you see something you disagree with then you should stand for what you believe, and not hide among the ranks trying to catch a promotion.
