- <TakSuyu> Kotoro[LAB]: You know I think I understand what happened
- <Kotoro[LAB]> hmm?
- <jan> max96at: well, and in a web app you can only communicate the UI via HTML/CSS/JS, while on a desktop app you have access to a lot more
- <TakSuyu> mojang seems to have moved to SHA256 signed certs

- <TakSuyu> I think you might have the SHA1 certs still
- <jan> you know, i tried creating a few web applications using Qt/C++. it didn't go to well, because C++ isn't made for it. rails works a lot better for that. but rails would never work for a desktop app.
- <Kotoro[LAB]> how the hell do I fix that?
- <max96at> no, rails wouldn't
- <TakSuyu> Not sure you can tell fedora does
- <TakSuyu> I also pull a different root cert on my system
